GROCERY SHOPPING & HOME ARRIVAL PREP
Arrive to a home that's ready for you. We shop for your groceries at local stores prior to your arrival, put away perishables, and neatly place remaining items on your counter.
$25 per hour (shopping time)
Groceries are paid separately by the client(Apple Pay, Venmo, etc)
GOLF CART SERVICE & TRANSPORT
We can coordinate service and repairs for your golf cart, including scheduling appointments and transporting it to and from The Village Golf Cart Store.
All service and repair costs are the responsibility of the homeowner.
$50 per trip
VEHICLE AND GOLF CART STARTUP SERVICE
We will start your car or golf cart once a month to help maintain battery health and overall performance. We'll take a short drive to keep everything running smoothly and notify you promptly of any concerns. With Glenn's extensive background in auto repair and management, you can feel confident your vehicle is in good hands .
$10 per vehicle
VENDOR ACCESS
We provide access to trusted service providers such as cleaners, pest control, painters, and other contractors. We ensure your home is secured and that all work is completed smoothly.
Reliable and secure service while you're away
$25 per visit
If extended time is required to stay on- site with vendors, additional time is billed at $25 per hour

Need peace of mind during storm season? We can check on your home at your request, report back on its condition, and alert you if anything needs prompt attention

MAIL AND PACKAGE PICKUP
While you are away, we'll pick up your mail and packages and keep them safe. We can leave them inside your home or forward them to you if needed.
$10 per pickup (plus postage for forwarding)
HOME CHECKS
We offer weekly and bi-weekly home checks to ensure your property remains safe and well-maintained. During each visit, we inspect for mold, water damage, pests, and landscaping concerns. We also run water in sinks, showers, and toilets, and flush the A/C condensate drain.
After each visit, you will receive a detailed report with photos for your peace of mind.
Weekly Service: $100/month
Bi-Weekly Service: $50/month
